Kane Williamson: with an average of 45 and total ODI runs of over 5500, he makes the one of best choices to be included in the world cup 2019 squad for new Zealand. his strike rate used be be very unimpressive but in recent times he improved that too in order for him to cope up with the current pace of cricket. his current strike rate is 82. His career also include 11 hundreds and 37 fifties.

Henry Nicholls: He is very talented young Kiwi player who scored his highest of 124 and has 1 century and 8 fifties in his career. he has done so much for his country in his short career so far. he only played 41 ODI matches and already scored over thousand runs. his average is 35.

Martin Guptill:
He is one of most experienced cricket of Kiwi team in this world cup as he played 169 ODI matches. his average is 43 and strike rate of 87 makes him dangerous player. once he gets going at a bowler no one can stop him. it will be useful gun in this mega event because it is expected to have the batting pitches in England this summer as evidenced by the matches between England and Pakistan.

Ross Taylor: Taylor is the most experienced player of new Zealand team in this world cup. he scored over 8000 runs in 218 ODI matches. his average score is 48 and highest of 181. despite of so much experience he manage to keep up with the strike rate of over 80. i.e 83.


Bowling eggs:

Trent boult: He took 147 wicket in 79 ODI's with an average of 24.71 and economy of just over 5. economy matters in this age of cricket as cricket has become so fast. his economy of just over 5 makes him best bowler in this cup as English pitches are batting. his best bowling figure is 7/34.

Matt Henry:

He is another good selection in this event. his best bowling figure is 5/30 and he took 78 wickets with the average of 27.47 in 43 matches. his economy of 5.52 is also great and should help him and his team in the coming world cup.

Ish Sodhi:

Indian born cricketer played 30 matches and took 39 wicket with the average of 35.77. his economy is also under 6 which is good. his best bowling figure is 4/58. he can prove himself a great player if he is included in the team. New Zealand should benefit from his inclusion.

Tim Southee: Southee has bowled many match winning bowling spells and took many wickets in his career. his best bowling figure is 7/33 and he took 185 ODI wickets in 139 matches. Just like his other teammates his economy is also under six at 5.43. His pace and aggression should put opponents under pressure in this event.

Lokie Ferguson: he is young inclusion in the squad and played only 27 ODI matches. even at such young age and no experience he took 46 wickets in his ODI career at the average of 28.48
his best bowling figures are5/45 and economy of 5.61

Colin de Grandhomme: His batting average is 29 and strike rate of 110 he has 1 fifty in his career of 28 ODI matches. he also took 18 wicket with the average of 46.33 and economy of 5.05. he proved himself in some matches as match winner and he can prove dangerous to opposition in future.

James Neesham: He played 49 matches with the average batting score of 30 and highest of 74. his ODI batting career include 5 fifties and his strike rate is 105. His bowling figures are quite impressive too as he took 44 wickets with the average of 34.84 and best bowling figure of 4/42. although his bowling costs much score to his team as his economy is 6.32


Colin Munro: he is very dangerous batsman as his strike rate is 105 and best score of 87. his average batting score is 24 in 51 matches and which include 7 fifties. he can also bowl. his bowling average is 67 as he took only 7 wickets. economy wise he is good as its 5.17. His batting can help the team in the time of need specially he is player of death overs.

Mitchell Santner: His batting average is 27 in 59 matches and highest score of 67. his strike rate is 89 which he improved in recent matches. his bowling average is 34.71 and best economy of 4.9. he took 63 wickets in his ODI career and best bowling figures are 5/50.

Wicket Keeping Eggs:

Tom Blundell: He is included as a supplementary wicket keeper for the Kiwi team. he has not played any ODI matches and God forbid if Tom Latham becomes unfit then he will have to play and prove him. his first class record is fantastic that is why he was picked up for the world cup.

Tom Latham: he played 85 matches and scored 2395 runs with highest of 137. his batting average is 33 and strike rate of 83. he also took many catches and has done many stumps in his career. he is very good wicket keeper batsman of this world cup.
