His amazing statistics show 87 wickets in 44 ODI matches which are enough to put him on dangerous blowers of this world cup. but as Indian team got some other great bowlers too, it will be tough competition for bowlers to be selected in the playing 11.
Mohammed Shami
here is another great pacer from indian team who played 63 ODI match and took 113 wickets with the average of 26.11. his career best was 4/35. although he is a great ODI player but chances of him getting selected in final 11 are least if we compare him with Yadav.
Jasprit Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah is most dangerous Indian blower. he is also one of the bowler to watch out for in the cricket world cup 2019. He took 85 wickets in 49 matches he played. although his career statistics does not look better than other bowlers mentioned above but he is player of big games.

He could be given a chance in some games as a batsmen. although he could well do the wicket keeping too. his batting figures are way better than Dhoni but skills which Dhoni brings to his team are beyond just the just batting.

Vijay shankar is one of the finest players in IPL who supports the team from bowling as well as batting end. although his international cricket career consist on just 9 games but his stats are not bad.
