Cricket world cup 2019

Cricket world cup 2019 is around the corner and everybody including cricket players, teams , spectators and analysts are too eagerly waiting for it to start.
It will kick of from end of may 2019 in the home of cricket which is Britain.
All the cricket nations have already announced their cricket squad and few of the cricket teams will depart for England in this month. one of which is Pakistan cricket team who will leave early as they will play a T20 and ODI series before the world cup against England.
Some of the analysts said this will give them a great chance to understand the conditions and prepare for the mega event before it even get started.
Some of the famous names like Muhammad Amir and Muhammad Asif were not included in the initial 15 players squad but they could be included after the series against England.
Everybody is having their say about their favorite 4 teams to reach the semi finals here is ours

.1) England

England for obvious reasons as it is their home ground and they understand the conditions very well than any other team. It is not just the conditions which makes them favorite but their players are also second to none.

.2) Australia

Australian cricket team is in one of their best forms of recent times. Their series against Giant Indian team on their home and then against Pakistan shows their phenomenal performance. Australian team is also much familiar with English conditions because of their too many series in England. 

.3) Pakistan

If one were to ask whats the reason I have included this team in my top 4 favorite's is their unpredictability. They can win any match against any team on the given day. CT 17 final was strongest evidence where two rivals met in ICC event last time.

.4) South Africa

South African is most strongest of all the teams mentioned above and on given day if luck is with them they will take this cup away with them this time. their team is most balances with the variety of batsmen in top order and then experienced middle order. pacers like Dale Steyn will enhance their chances of success against any team.

Today was the beginning of cricket world cup 2019 in England and wales. First match was played between South Africa and Host England. It was played at historic cricket ground of Oval in London. Faf du Plessis won the toss and elected to field against England.It was a fair sunny weather and the pitch was tough for batting as root said after the innings. Imran Tahir took the wicket of Jonny Bairstow on the second ball. Roy and Root stayed on the wicket for sometime as they stood over hundred runs partnership. Root scored 51 off 59 balls while Roy scored 54 runs on 53 balls. Morgan and stokes also played really well and scored another hundred runs partnership.
